Patrick Erker is a Partner at Entangled Solutions. He started his career as a fifth grade teacher through Teach For America in Chicago, and has remained a passionate advocate for educational opportunities throughout jobs in investment banking, defense contracting, and management consulting. As the father of a young son, he is deeply committed to building an equitable, effective education ecosystem that meets the needs of tomorrow’s learners and students.

Immediately prior to joining Entangled, Patrick was a Project Leader at the Boston Consulting Group, where he was part of the U.S. education leadership team and a core member of BCG’s client enablement team. At BCG, he focused on solving the challenges to companies’ workforces brought on by digitization, automation, and accelerating change. He has advised CEOs and other leaders of mission-driven companies and organizations in the U.S. and abroad on core strategic and operational priorities.

Patrick earned his BA in Economics and Public Policy Studies from Duke University, an MA in Teaching from Dominican University in Chicago, and an MBA (with distinction) from Harvard Business School. He is an avid reader, writer, and rambler.
